لغايات تمكين الشركة من تنفيذ الإجراءات الخاصة بها بالوسائل الالكترونية على بوابة
الخدمات الالكترونية :
أ ) يتم تسليم اسم المستخدم الخاص بحساب الشركة الالكتروني وكلمة المرور لرئيس هيئة
المديرين او رئيس مجلس الادارة او المدير العام (حسب مقتضى الحال) للشركات ذات
المسؤولية المحدودة والمساهمة الخاصة والمساهمة العامة ، وللمفوض بالتوقيع لشركات
التضامن والتوصية البسيطة ، او المفوض عن هؤلاء بموجب تفويض خطي لهذه الغاية
مصادقا من كاتب العدل او احد المحامين المزاولين .
ب ) يتم تعديل معلومات الحساب الوارد في الفقرة (أ) من خلال الأشخاص المحددين فيها او
المفوض عنهم حسب الأصول .
ج) يجوز تسليم الأشخاص المحددين بالفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور من
خلال توقيعهم الكترونيا على الطلب .
