Arrange an appointment to discuss your legal matter

You can request an appointment with Hjouj Law Firm & Arbitration to discuss a case, claim, contract or business legal need. Begin with contact details and a brief description without setting out every detail.

If unsure which field applies, choose “General enquiry” and explain what assistance you need. Documents and consultation arrangements are discussed after contact.

Appointment request details

Do not include identity or account numbers or sensitive details. Documents cannot be uploaded through this form. Fields marked * are required.

The message is prepared in your browser. It will not reach the firm until you open WhatsApp and send it yourself.

Enter your name and a reachable telephone number and choose the closest practice area. In the description, explain the request and whether it is new or linked to an existing case.

You can mention a suitable contact time and approaching hearings or procedural deadlines. A proposed appointment is discussed with the firm and is not confirmed by submitting the request.

What should you write in the description?

State your role, what happened generally and the service needed. For example: “I am a company partner and need a share sale agreement reviewed,” or “I received a financial demand and would like to discuss a response.”

Avoid identity or account numbers and unnecessary names. You do not need to identify the legal procedure yourself; the description begins discussion and helps identify what requires review.

Documents you may need later

Keep related contracts, correspondence, receipts, decisions and court papers. Required documents vary and can be identified after understanding the request.

Requesting an appointment does not require uploading an entire file. Agree a document submission method with the firm and keep available originals for presentation when needed.

If there is an approaching deadline

Clearly state hearing or notice dates or the deadline for action and whether procedures are ongoing. This identifies timing when discussing the request.

If time is short, call directly and confirm communication and agreement on the required task. An appointment request does not mean the firm has accepted the procedure or started following the file.

Reviewing the request and arranging advice

Check the number and description before sending and follow the displayed instructions. If the page opens a WhatsApp message, you must still send it from the app for the firm to receive it.

After receipt, the service's suitability, appointment, consultation arrangements and fees are discussed. A booking is confirmed only after its details are agreed.
