الفصل الثالث
في تسجيل السفن وقيد الحقوق
( المادة 10 )
يتخذ دفتر للتسجيل في ميناء العقبة.
كل صحيفة من هذا السجل ترقم وتوقع ورقمها يكون الرقم التسجيلي للمركب الذي تحبس
الصحيفة عليه دون سواه.
تعرف السفينة باسم الميناء الذي يكون لصاحبها فيه موطن حقيقي او موطن مختار.
تسجل السفن التي تخص الدوائر الرسمية ( الجمرك ، الشرطة ، مصلحة الحجر الصحي والدولة
الخ.......) في ميناء العقبة
ايضا.
