على السفينة ان تكون مستعدة لتقبل البضائع في الوقت المعين وفي مكان التحميل المتفق
عليه او العادي وعلى الربان ان
يأخذ البضاعة على نفقة مجهز السفينة من تحت الروافع وعليه ان يوصلها في الميناء المقصود
الى المستلم تحت الروافع.
