تكون وثيقة الشحن اما لشخص معين او لامر او لحاملها فالوثيقة لشخص معين تكون غير قابلة
للتدوال وليس للربان ان يسلم
البضاعة الا للشخص المعين فيها والوثيقة لامر تكون قابلة للتدوال بتظهيرها الذي يجب ان
يكون مؤرخاً. وليس للربان ان
يسلم البضاعة الا لحامل وثيقة الشحن المظهرة ولو على بياض.
والوثيقة لحاملها تكون قابلة للتدوال بمجرد تسليمها.
وعلى الربان ان يسلم البضاعة لاي شخص يتقدم ومعه وثيقة الشحن هذه.
