تطبق الاحكام السابقة في غير وقوع التصادم على التعويض من الاضرار التي تسببها سفينة
لسفينة غيرها او لما على متنها
من اشياء او اشخاص بقيامها بحركة او باغفالها حركة او بعدم مراعاتها للانظمة.
