يمكن شطب التسجيل والقيود الاحتياطية بموجب اي صك او اي حكم مكتسب قوة القضية
المقضية اثبت تجاه كل فريق له علاقة
بحق اعلن عنه حسب الاصول ، عدم وجود الحق الذي يتعلق به التسجيل او القيد الاحتياطي او
سقوط ذلك الحق.
