يجوز عقد التأمين لمصلحة شخص غير معين. ويكون هذا البند بمثابة عقد تأمين في مصلحة
الشخص الذي يوقع الوثيقة وبمثابة
تعاقد للغير في مصلحة المنتفع معلوما كان ام مستقبلا.
ان موقع الوثيقة المختصة بتأمين المعقود لمصلحة شخص غير معين يلزم وحده تجاه المؤمن
بدفع القسط ، ولكن الاعتراضات
التي يمكن المؤمن ان يتذرع بها تجاه الموقع يمكن ايضا الأحتجاج بها تجاه الشخص الذي
يستفيد من التأمين.
