يمكن ان يشترط في الوثائق اعفاءات تحصر مفاعيل التأمين ويمكن ان تحدد هذه الاعفاءات
اختياريا في الوثائق.
وهذا الاشتراط يمنع كل تعويض اذا لم يجاوز الضرر اللاحق بالمؤمن له القدر المشترط ويحسم
من التعويض اذا كان الضرر
يفوق هذا القدر.
