Article text
اذا ثبت ان ليس في الأمر الا اهمال او سهو فيحكم على الربان او رئيس السفينة بالحبس من
يومين الى عشرة ايام وبالغرامة
من نصف دينار الى عشرة دنانير اردنية او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
كل سفينة حائزة اوراقا مزورة او اوراقا لسفينة غيرها تحجز وتباع وفقا لاحكام المادة 45 ويحكم
على الرئيس او الربان
بالعقوبة المنصوص عليها في المادة نفسها.
