تترتب الامتيازات على السفينة وعلى اجرة السفر الذي نشأ فيه الدين الممتاز وعلى تفرعات
السفينة واجرتها المكتسبة منذ
بدء السفر.
غير ان الامتياز المقرر في المادة 50 بفقرتها الثانية يترتب على مجموع اجور السفينة الواجبة
الاداء عن كل الاسفار
الجارية اثناء عقد الاستخدام نفسه.
