ان الاحالة تعفي السفينة من جميع الامتيازات والرهون ودعاوي الالغاء التي تحق للاشخاص
الذين سبق لهم ان تبلغوا بمقتضى
المادة 80 وان شطب تسجيل الامتيازات والرهون والدعاوي المذكورة يتم للمشتري على اثر
تقديمه لمكتب التسجيل حكم الاحالة
وشهادة من قلم المحكمة التي تكون قد اصدرته تثبت ان هذا الحكم اكتسب قوة القضية
المقضية.
