الباب الاول
سند السحب
الفصل الاول
انشاء سند السحب وصيغته
يشتمل سند السحب على البيانات الآتية:
أ- كلمة (بوليصة او سفتجة او سند سحب ) مكتوبة في متن السند وباللغة التي كتب بها.
ب- امر غير معلق على شرط باداء قدر معين من النقود.
ج- اسم من يلزمه الاداء (المسحوب عليه).
د- تاريخ الاستحقاق.
هـ- مكان الاداء.
و- اسم من يجب الاداء له او لامره ( الحامل).
ز- تاريخ انشاء سند السحب ومكان انشائه.
ح- توقيع من انشأ سند السحب (الساحب ).
