Article 168 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - اذا كان سند السحب مستحق الاداء في يوم معين وفي بلد يختلف فيه التقويم عن تقوم بلد
اصداره ، اعتبر ان تاريخ
الاستحقاق قد حدد وفقاَ لتقويم بلد الوفاء.
2 - واذا سحب السند بين بلدين مختلفي التقويم و كان مستحق الاداء بعد مدة من تاريخه ، ارجع
تاريخ اصداره الى اليوم
المقابل في تقويم بلد الوفاء ويحدد ميعاد الاستحقاق وفقاَ لذلك.
3 - ويحسب ميعاد تقديم السند وفقا للاحكام المقررة في الفقرة السابقة.
4 - ولا تسري هذه الاحكام اذا نص في السند او استخلص من البيانات الواردة فيه ان النية قد
