في حالة الامتناع عن وفاء السند الضائع بعد المطالبة به وفقاَ لاحكام المادتين السابقتين يجب
على مالكه محافظة على
جميع حقوقه ان يثبت ذلك باحتجاج يقدمه في اليوم التالي لاستحقاق ذلك السند ويبلغ
للساحب و المظهرين في المواعيد وبالاوضاع
المبينة في المادة 183 من هذا القانون.
