Article text
يجوز لمن أوفى سند سحب مطالبة ضامنيه بما يأتي:
أ- جميع ما اوفاه.
ب- فوائد المبلغ الذي اوفاه محسوبة بالسعر القانوني ابتداء من يوم الوفاء بالنسبة للاسناد
المسحوبة والمستحقة الاداء
في المملكة الاردنية ومحسوبة بسعر 6 للاسناد الاخرى. %
ج- المصاريف التي تحملها.
