لمن اوفي شيكا ان يطالب ضامنيه بما يأتي:-
ا- جميع ما اوفاه.
ب- فوائد المبلغ الذي اوفاه محسوبة بالسعر القانوني ابتداء من يوم الوفاء بالنسبة للشيكات
المسحوبة والمستحقة الوفاء
في المملكة الاردنية ومحسوبة بسعر 6 بالنسبة للشيكات الاخرى. %
ج- المصاريف التي تحملها.
