Article text
1 -يجوز ان ترفع القضية الى المحكمة من التاجر نفسه.
2 - ويجب عليه ان يقدمها خلال عشرين يوماَ من تاريخ توقفه عن الدفع تحت طائلة ادانته بجنحة
. الافلاس التقصيري
3 - وعليه ان يودع في الوقت نفسه ميزانية مفصلة يصدق على مطابقتها لحالة موجوداته
. والديون المطلوبة منه
