1 - يوقف الحكم بشهر الافلاس بالنسبة الى كتلة الدائنين فقط سريان فوائد الديون غير المؤمنة
بامتياز او برهن عقاري
او غير عقاري.
2 - اما فوائد الديون المؤمنة فلا تمكن المطالبة بها الا من اصل الاموال الناتجة عن بيع الاملاك
