Article text
1 - كل بيان غير صحيح يقدم عن سوء نية للتسجيل او للقيد في سجل التجارة يعاقب مقدمه من
المحكمة المختصة بغرامة من عشرة دنانير الى مائة دينار و بالحبس من شهر واحد الى ستة
اشهر او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
2 - ولا يحول ذلك دون العقوبات التي يمكن الحكم بها وفاقاَ للقوانين الخاصة ولقانون
