1 - يقدم الوكلاء بياناَ شهرياَ للقاضي المنتدب عن حالة التفليسة والمبالغ التي اودعت المصرف
المعين لقبول ودائع
الدولة.
2 - ويأمر القاضي المنتدب عند الاقتضاء بتوزيع المال على الدائنين ويعين مبلغه ويهتم بابلاغ
