Article 433 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يجوز طلب استرداد البضائع كلهااو بعضها ما دامت موجودة عينا اذا كانت مسلمة الى
المفلس على سبيل الوديعة ولاجل
بيعها لحساب مالكها.
2 - ويجوز طلب استرداد ثمن تلك البضائع او جزء من ثمنها اذا كان لم يدفع او لم تجر عليه
المقاصة في حساب جار بين المفلس
والمشتري.
