Article text
1 - على الشخص الذي تملك عنوانا تجارياً ان يضيف اليه ما يدل على استخلافه.
2 - من وافق على استعمال عنوانه التجاري من قبل الشخص المتفرغ له خلافا لما ذكر يكون
. مسؤولا عن الالتزامات التي عقدها الخلف بالعنوان المذكور
3 - ويشترط في ذلك ان لا يتمكن الدائنون من تحصيل حقوقهم من الخلف عند تنفيذ الحكم
