1 - للوكلاء الحق في ان يطلعوا متى شاءوا على المستندات والصكوك والاوراق التي يسلمونها
. الى القضاء الجزائي
2 - ويجوز لهم ان يأخذوا منهاخلاصات او ان يطلبوا نسخاَ رسمية منها فيرسلها اليهم الكاتب.
3 - اما المستندات والصكوك والاوراق التي لم يصدر امراً بالاحتفاظ بها فتسلم بعد الحكم الى
