Article text
1 - لا يحق للمحكمة في المواد التجارية ان تمنح مهلا للوفاء الا في ظروف استثنائية.
2 - لا يحق للفريق الذي طلب من المحكمة فسخ العقد ان يطلب التنفيذ بعد ذلك اما الذي قدم
. طلب التنفيذ فيحق له ان يبدله بطلب الفسخ
3 - لا يقبل انفاذ الالتزام بعد اقامة دعوى الفسخ.
