عندما يكون العقد مشتملا في الوقت نفسه على صفات الوكالة وعلى العناصر الاساسية
لعقد الاستخدام كما يحدث في العقود التي تنشأ بين التاجر ووكلائه المختلفين كالمندوب
, المحلي والمندوب الجواب والمعتمد ومدير الفرع والوكالة
تسري قواعد عقد العمل فيما يختص بعلاقات التاجر مع وكيله وتسري قواعد الوكاله فيما يختص
بالغير.
