الفصل الخامس
زيادة رأسمال الشركة المساهمة العامة
يحوز للشركة المساهمة العامة ان تزيد رأسمالها المصرح به بموافقة هيئتها العامة غير العادية
اذا كان قد اكتتب به بالكامل
على ان تتضمن الموافقة طريقة تغطية الزيادة.
