Article 121 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997

يجب ان يتضمن السند البيانات التالية:-
أ-على وجه السند:-
1 - اسم الشركة المقترضة وشعارها ان وجد وعنوانها ورقم تسجيلها وتاريخه ومدة الشركة.
2 . - اسم مالك سند القرض اذا كان السند اسمياً
3 . - رقم السند ونوعه وقيمته الاسمية ومدته وسعر الفائدة
-: ب- على ظهر السند
1 - مجموع قيم اسناد القرض المصدرة.
2 . - مواعيد وشروط اطفاء الاسناد ومواعيد استحقاق الفائدة
3 . - الضمانات الخاصة للدين الذي يمثله السند ان وجدت
4 - اي شروط واحكام اخرى ترى الشركة المقترضة اضافتها الى السند شريطة ان تتوافق هذه
