الفصل التاسع
الهيئة العامة للشركة المساهمة العامة
اجتماع الهيئة العامة العادي
تعقد الهيئة العامة للشركة المساهمة العامة اجتماعاً عادياً داخل المملكة مرة واحدة كل سنة
على الأقل بدعوة من مجلس
ادارة الشركة في التاريخ الذي يحدده المجلس بالاتفاق مع المراقب على أن يعقد هذا الاجتماع
خلال الأشهر الأربعة التالية
لانتهاء السنة المالية للشركة.
