أ- يعتبر مدقق حسابات الشركة وكيلاً عن المساهمين فيها وذلك في حدود المهمة الموكلة
اليه.
ب- لكل مساهم اثناء انعقاد الهيئة العامة أن يستوضح مدقق الحسابات عما ورد في تقريره
ويناقشه فيه.
