على مجلس ادارة كل شركة من الشركات الراغبة في الاندماج تبليغ المراقب والهيئة و السوق
المالي والمركز خـلال عشرة أيـام من تاريخ اتخاذه قرار الاندماج، ويوقف تداول اسهمها اعتبارا من تاريـخ تبليغ
ذلك القرار ويعاد تداول اسهم الشركة الناتجة عن الدمج بعد انتهاء اجراءات الاندماج وتسجيلها، وفي حالة
العدول عن الدمج يعاد تداول اسهم تلك الشركات.
