Article 24 of Companies Law No. 22 of 1997
Article text
أ- تلتزم شركة التضامن بحفظ دفاترها وقيودها وسجلاتها في مركزها الرئيسي او في اي محل
تمارس فيه أعمالها ، كما تلتزم
اذا كان رأسمالها عشرة آلاف دينار او أكثر بحفظ دفاتر وسجلات محاسبية منظمة بصورة اصولية ،
ولكل شريك فيها الاطلاع
عليها بنفسه او بواسطة من يفوضه خطياً بذلك من أهل الخبرة والاختصاص فيها ، والحصول
على نسخ او صور منها ، ويعتبر
باطلاً اي اتفاق على غير ذلك.
ب- تلتزم شركة التضامن التي يبلغ رأسمالها ماية الف دينار او أكثر بتعيين مدقق حسابات
قانوني ينتخب بأكثرية الشركاء.
