الفصل الثاني
التصفية الاختيارية
تصفى الشركة المساهمة العامة تصفية اختيارية في أي من الحالات التالية:
أ- بانتهاء المدة المعينة للشركة ما لم تقرر الهيئة العامة تمديدها.
ب- بإتمام أو انتقاء الغاية التي تأسست الشركة من أجلها أو باستحالة اتمام هذه الغاية أو
انتفاءها.
ج- بصدور قرار من الهيئة العامة للشركة بفسخها وتصفيتها.
د- في الحالات الأخرى التي ينص عليها نظام الشركة.
