يعاقب كل شريك متضامن في أي شركة تضامن أو شركة التوصية البسيطة تخلف عن اجراء أي
تغيير طارىء على عقد الشركة بغرامة
مقدارها دينار واحد عن كل يوم استمرت فيه المخالفة بعد انقضاء شهر من تاريخ حدوث هذا
التغيير.
