يترتب على المصفي التقيد بالاجراءات القانونية والعملية لتصفية شركة التضامن وفقاً
لأحكام هذا القانون واي تشريع اخر
يرى انه يترتب عليه تطبيقه ، بما في ذلك تحصيل الديون المستحقة للشركة ، وتسديد الديون
المستحقة عليها حسب الأولوية
القانونية المقررة لها.
