المادة 25 :
لا يجوز نزع ملكية أي مشروع أو إخضاعه لأي إجراءات تؤدي الى ذلك الا باستملاكه لمقتضيات
المصلحة العامة شريطة دفع
التعويض العادل للمستثمر ، ويدفع التعويض للمستثمر غير الأردني في هذه الحالة بعملة قابلة
للتحويل.
