تمارس الهيئة العامة للغرفة الصلاحيات التالية:-
أ- مناقشة سياسة الغرفة المقدمة اليها من المجلس.
ب- إقرار مشروع الموازنة السنوية للغرفة.
ج- إقرار التقرير السنوي عن أعمال المجلس والحسابات الختامية والميزانية العمومية للغرفة.
د- تعيين مدقق حسابات قانوني لتدقيق حسابات الغرفة وتحديد أتعابه.
هـ- مناقشة الأمور التي يعرضها عليها المجلس واتخاذ التوصيات اللازمة بشأنها.
