تتكون الموارد المالية للاتحاد مما يلي:-
أ - رسوم انتساب الاعضاء واشتراكاتهم.
ب - . بدلات الخدمات التي يستوفيها الاتحاد
ج- الهبات والمساعدات والتبرعات والوصايا والقروض وأي إيرادات أخرى يقبلها المجلس شريطة
موافقة مجلس الوزراء عليها إذا كانت من مصدر غير أردني.
