الوزير:وزير الصناعة والتجارة 0
الدائرة:دائرة مراقبة الشركات 0
المراقب:مراقب عام الشركات 0
السجل:سجل الشركات التي لا تهدف الى تحقيق الربح 0
ب- لغايات هذا النظام ، تعني كلمة ( الشركة ) الشركة المسجلة وفقاً لاحكام القانون وهذا
النظام والتي لا تهدف
الى تحقيق اي ربح وان حققت اي عوائد فلا يجوز توزيعها على اي من الشركاء او المساهمين فيها
