تلتزم الشركة المعفاة بما يلي :-
أ-العمل ضمن الغايات التي اسست من اجلها .
ب-عدم ممارسة أي من غاياتها داخل المملكة.
ج-ان يكون لها مقر فعلي واضح في المملكة .
