Money Exchange Companies Licensing Regulation No. 39 of 2021
Article text
يلتزم الشريك بما يلي :-
أ- الافصاح عن ملكيته أو ادارته اذا كانت تشكل مصلحة مؤثرة في أي شركة صرافة أو أي شركة
ذات غايات مماثلة.
ب- تقديم تعهد خطي بالفصل التام مالياً وادارياً بين الشركة وأي شركة صرافة اخرى أو ذات
غايات مماثلة وضمان استقلالية القرارات وحياديتها.
ج- الحصول على موافقة البنك الخطية المسبقة لأي تغيير في ملكية الشركة أو تحويل في
أسهمها أو حصصها سواء تم ذلك بعملية واحدة أو بعمليات عدة وبشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر إذا
أدى هذا التحويل إلى ملكية شخص لمصلحة مؤثرة في رأسمال الشركة أو أدى إلى زيادة نسبة
هذه المصلحة.
