Article text
( تلتزم الشركة التي تم تسجيلها وفقا لأحكام الفقرة )أ( من المادة 7 ) من هذا النظام او يضيـــف
أيـــاً مـن الغايات الواردة فيها تحت طائلة المسؤولية القانونية بما يلي:-
أ- إخطار مراقب عام الشركات خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ أي تغيير أو تعديل يطرأ على بياناتها بما
في ذلك فسخ الشركة وانقضاؤها وتصفيتها وتوقفها عن العمل.
ب- تزويد مراقب عام الشركات سنويا بشهادة مصدقة صادرة عن الجهات المعنية في الدولة
التي تحمل جنسيتها تثبت استمرارية ملكية الاردنيين للاسهم او الحصص بالنسبة المحددة.
( ج- توفيق اوضاعها إذا قلت نسبة مساهمة الأردنيين في رأسمالها عن 50 ) وذلك خلال مدة لا %
تزيد على ستة اشهر قابلة للتمديد لمدة مماثلة بناء على طلب مبرر يقدم الى مراقب عام
الشركات قبل ثلاثين يوما من انتهاء مدة توفيق الاوضاع.
