أ- لا يسمح بنقل البضاعة من المستودع العام في المنطقة الحرة إلى الأماكن المؤجرة
للمستثمرين أو العكس أو نقلها فيما بين مستودعات المستثمرين إلا بموافقة المطور الرئيسي.
ب-لا يسمح باستهلاك البضاعة المودعة داخل المنطقة الحرة إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة مدير
المركز الجمركي ووفق الشروط المحددة من دائرة الجمارك .
