تمنح المؤسسة المسجلة في المنطقة الحرة تسهيلات في الإجراءات الجمركية وفقا لما تقرره
الوزارة بالتنسيق المسبق مع دائرة الجمارك وتحرم المؤسسة المسجلة من هذه التسهيلات
بالطريقة ذاتها في حال ارتكابها أي مخالفة لأحكام القانون أو قانون الجمارك أو هذا النظام
والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
