على المستثمر الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات والبيانات الجمركية وطلبات الإيداع والإخراج المتعلقة
بعمله سواء كان ذلك ورقيا أو إلكترونيا طالما أن البضاعة موضوع البيانات الجمركية بحوزته ،
( وعليه الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات والبيانات مدة لا تقل عن 5 ) سنوات بعد إخراج تلك البضائع وتزويد
الوزارة والمركز الجمركي بها
عند الطلب .
