Article text
أ- تطبق أحكام قانون الجمارك والعقوبات المنصوص عليها فيه على الأفعال المرتكبة خلافا
لأحكامه داخل المنطقة الحرة.
ب-في غير الحالات المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه تطبق بشأن
الإجراءات الجمركية في المناطق الحرة أحكام قانون الجمارك والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة
بمقتضاه.
ج-تطبق أحكام هذا النظام على الأسواق الحرة في المعابر البرية والموانئ البحرية والمطارات
بالقدر الذي لا يتعارض مع إجراءات العمل الخاصة بها المقررة من دائرة الجمارك.
