( إذا تمت تأدية الخدمات الواردة في الجدول رقم 5 ) الملحق بهذا النظام منفردة او مجتمعة في
المنطقة التنموية أو المنطقة الحرة أو خارج أي منهما فعلى المؤسسة المسجلة إظهار البدل
المتأتي من تأدية هذه الخدمات في حساباتها المنظمة بشكل منفرد وحسب مكان التأدية وإلا
فيعتبر البدل المتأتي من هذه الخدمات خاضعا للضريبة العامة على المبيعات وفق أحكام قانون
الضريبة العامة على المبيعات.
