أ- تعفى الأبنية والإنشاءات داخل المنطقة من عوائد التعبيد والتنظيم والتحسين ورسوم
الترخيص ومن ضريبتي الأبنية والأراضي.
ب- تستوفي الوزارة الرسوم التالية: -
