( أ- تسـري الإعفاءات والمزايا والحوافز التـي تقـدم بموجـب أحكـام المـادة 13 ) من القانون على
المشاريع الجديدة أو أعمال التوسعة أو التطوير للمشاريع القائمة.
ب - على المستثمر ولغايـات الحصول على الحوافز والإعفاءات والمزايا الإضافية المنصوص
( عليها في المادة 26 ) من هذا النظام، تقديم طلب مرفقا به الوثائق التي يحددها الوزير بموجب
قرار يصدره لهذه الغاية.
