تلتزم المؤسسة المسجلة بما يلي: -
أ- تسمية مندوب معتمد لمتابعة الأمور المتعلقة بإذن الإقامة للمستثمر غير الأردني وأفراد أسرته
ومن يعيلهم والعاملين في إدارة المشاريع والعاملين في المؤسسة المسجلة.
ب- إعلام الوزارة بأي تعديل يطرأ على الشركاء وسجل المؤسسة المسجلة.
